Qualifications :

• A Bachelor’s or Master's degree in enterprise architecture or a related field is essential for the job.

• They should have a background in Oracle Siebel consulting of nearly 14 years.

• Prior working experience in telecommunications and IT is required, along with knowledge of Telco architecture and exposure to Siebel application and CRM processes.

• They should have strong Siebel Tools knowledge, eScript experience, and a strong understanding of software architecture.

• Knowledge of architectural methodologies and frameworks is important, as they will need to implement strategies effectively.

This role requires a balance of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills to effectively manage and deliver enterprise architecture programs.

Responsibilities

Technical Expertise : The architect should have extensive knowledge of Siebel configuration, data architecture, and Siebel Data conversion. They should also have a good understanding of Siebel Server Architecture, installation methodology, and administration of Siebel Enterprise, Servers, Gateways, Database & Clients. They should anticipate complex business functionalities implemented in Siebel Order Management in the telecom domain and assist business owners to optimize their process flow to improve productivity and ensure data quality is maintained.

Communication and Collaboration: They are responsible for bridging the gap between business and technical teams, managing conflicting stakeholder viewpoints, and building relationships. They also need to collaborate with other teams to design the correct systems.

Process Design and Documentation : They are responsible for designing processes, documenting essential IT procedures, and tracking project progress. They also create training materials to improve employees' awareness and knowledge of these systems.

Security and Governance : They are responsible for maintaining a security focus and setting up architecture governance frameworks,.
