Description and Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities:
Review regular tax filing (e.g. CIT/VAT/WHT) & annual corporate income tax filing. Monitor and manage the status of tax payments for the in-charge entities. To ensure the filing data are accurate and fully in line with the local tax law and regulations.
Assistance in collecting data required for purpose of tax audit, annual external audit, transfer pricing documentation or other management work.
Tax charge (including CIT and Deferred tax) calculation, forecast calculation etc.
Preparation of the tax reports, tax documents and other submissions as required by the central tax team or the governments.
Manage and analyze direct and indirect tax filings and payments.
Manage and advise business on Indonesia tax matters on an ad-hoc basis.
Involvement with tax queries / audits, if any.
Liaise and maintain the good communication with the local Tax Office, especially during tax audit process.
Support tax projects and tax incentive management.
Key Qualifications
Degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance or equivalent Accountancy qualification.
3-5 years of relevant working experience, in Big 4/reputable MNCs as a plus.
Meticulous with strong analytical skills and a high aptitude for Excel, Word, PowerPoint proficiency.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with others in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of Indonesia tax and accounting laws/practice.
Strong communication skills in English.
