What We Need From You as Hotel Manager:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent.

Experience:

Minimum two years prior experience as a Hotel Manager / Director of Operations / EAM (Executive Assistant Manager) in a luxury hotel setting.

Experience specific to South East Asia.

Strong background in Food and Beverage operations within a luxury hotel environment.

Background in 5-star luxury hotels with an international hotel brand.

Skills:

Exceptional leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing diverse teams.

Strategic thinker with the ability to drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
