ScentAir Technologies LLC Part-time Accounts Receivable Assistant (half-day) in Hong Kong
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and collect outstanding accounts receivable
Communicate with clients regarding payment terms and overdue accounts
Maintain accurate records of all collections activities.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
2 years related experience in managing and collecting accounts receivable
Hands-on mentality with strong sense of responsibility and attention to details
Good communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
Immediately available is preferable
Work Location: Lai Chi Kok
Work Schedule: half day; 5-day per week
