• Read blueprints, schematics, and operational instructions to support testing activities and evaluate results.

• Operate laboratory equipment and tools as directed.

• Respond to repair and modification requests for laboratory instrumentation and automated systems.

• Record data on UL forms and plan laboratory support activities as needed.

• Perform routine maintenance on laboratory instruments and systems following established procedures.

• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and local laws for test systems.

• Support training for others on laboratory instrumentation and automated systems.

• Assist in developing budgetary goals and capital expenditure plans for laboratory equipment.

• Follow UL Standards of Business Conduct and adhere to security practices.

• Performs other duties as directed.

• Associate Degree or certification as a technician through acknowledged organization

• Related testing & Certification experiences preferred.

• Effective communication skills and customer interaction ability.

• Team-oriented

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
