Description and Requirements
We are actively seeking driven, skilled, and ambitious Finance students to join our team as Treasury Interns. In this role, you will:
Support the global consolidation and analysis of business units’ monthly forecasts and quarterly actual results. Plan for the reporting and submission schedules
Prepare management reporting and financial presentations for SSG management
Perform business group’s annual budget planning and consolidation
Support the monthly business review meetings with countries’ finance teams
Provide analysis on major spending in countries and HQ to drive efficiency and prioritize resources
Work with group digital transformation team to digitalize management reporting processes, including system automation and enhancement of current digital dashboards
Required Skills / Expectations:
Student pursuing degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or related fields. Current full time MBA students can also apply.
Previous corporate internship experience in analytics, statistics, accounting, or finance.
Flexibility and willingness to learn and provide support across different countries and time zones, occasionally requiring work outside of standard business hours.
Proficiency in managing systems, data mining, and creating PowerPoint presentations.
Strong organizational abilities, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines effectively.
Proactive team player with attention to detail, capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
Eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment alongside high-energy, mission-driven colleagues.
Critical and strategic thinking skills to solve complex problems and propose innovative solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong executive presence.
Relationship-building and negotiation capabilities.
Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and project management.
Ability to anticipate the needs and priorities of the organization intuitively.
