Description and Requirements

Join our team as a Company Secretary Intern and gain hands-on experience in company secretarial work. You will support our company secretarial team in various tasks, providing a valuable opportunity to learn about corporate governance and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and filing of company documents, including board minutes and resolutions.

  • Support in maintaining and updating company records and registers.

  • Help organize and coordinate meetings, including drafting agendas and taking minutes.

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with corporate regulations and requirements.

  • Provide administrative support for company secretarial functions, such as scheduling and correspondence.

  • Assist with any other ad hoc duties as required by the team.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Law, or related fields.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a professional environment.
