What you will do:

Contribute towards accelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations.Execute the Oracle Applications strategy throughout the territory, driving customer success.Generate and convert net new revenue for Oracle Human Capital Management Create and drive business value propositions with customers Become a ‘trusted advisor’ in HCM within your clusterWork closely with the team (the Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Business Development, Product Marketing, Product Development, etc.) to plan and complete a winning strategy for Oracle HCMCreate pipeline and demand by using sales campaigns and eventsDevelop in-depth understanding of Industry dynamics and terminology

What you’ll bring:

Relevant experience (6-10+ years) selling HCMStrategic thinking, strong analytical skills, complex sales cycle and closing skillsWillingness to work towards achieving goals in a changing and challenging environmentTeamplayer and entrepreneurial thinker.What we will offer you:
