Primary Goal Digital Coach - Apprenticeships in United Kingdom
Primary Goal are an award-winning provider of digital and IT apprenticeships supporting learners across England. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated Digital Coach who is passionate about supporting apprentices on their learning journey.
We are looking to appoint an experienced team member who is looking for a progressive company to grow with, share their ideas and take ownership of their development. We are particularly keen to speak to applicants with experience in delivering any of the following apprenticeship standards:
Level 3 Digital Support Technician
Level 3 Information Communications Technician
Level 3 Digital Marketing/Multi-Channel Marketer
Level 4 Network Engineer
Essential knowledge & skills:
Teaching, coaching or training experience within apprenticeships, preferably in any of the above mentioned standards.
A passion for education.
Demonstrable knowledge or practical experience of digital transformation in schools or businesses.
Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines.
Experience in offering information, advice and guidance.
A keen eye for detail with a focus on quality and compliance.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with learners, employers and colleagues.
Desirable knowledge & skills:
Coaching/Assessor/Teaching qualification(s).
Technical qualification(s).
Primary Goal offers:
£35,000-£37,000 per annum D.O.E with the opportunity to increase your salary in line with KPIs and performance.
Remote working with all equipment provided.
25 days holiday plus public holidays, plus a day off for your birthday and up to 5 additional day's leave with length of service.
