Conduent Customer Excellence Associate – Client Facing within European Automotive Sector, Milton Keynes in United Kingdom
Are you looking for a challenging position that will draw upon your Customer Service skills and experience in a client facing role?
You will join a dynamic team within our European Customer Centre of Excellence, this role will have a significant impact on how our business meets its goals and objectives throughout our European team.
We have a number of exciting opportunities in our team within our EV Mobility contract. This role is hybrid, based between the client’s office in Milton Keynes (2-3 days) and your home location. This is initially a 12-month FTC, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
What you'll be doing:
You will be the link between Conduent and the Client – Spotting trends and emerging issues, providing constant feedback on processes and sharing ideas for improvement
Promptly and effectively manage requests from both the Client and the business
Proactively develop your own and others’ skills and knowledge through effective use of systems
Maintain the highest standard in personal KPI targets as defined
Resolve high level complaint issues ensuring the customer is satisfied and that the issue is resolved in a timely manner
Share knowledge proactively both with the business and your team
Participate in client meetings and daily contact with partners and 3rd parties to address current issues as required
Become an Expert in processes and product knowledge and a role model for your team
Test new tools and services for the client as required
Supporting MI with data creation and analysis as required

Proven experience of delivering customer excellence
Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
Comfortable with technology, knowledgeable of the automotive industry, and relish new challenges and opportunities
Ability to self-manage and accurately prioritise workload – actively looks for work and hold themselves accountable for the deliverables.
Effective time-management skills to be able to hit client's SLA and KPIs
To be professional at all times as work within the client office 2-3 days per week is an essential part of this role
Keen to help others to be the best in the business by putting the customer first
Proactive with a holistic view and willing to go the extra mile
Team driven – understands that your own success depends on the success of others as well as impacting the business as a whole
Able to adapt to an ever-changing environment and workload
Knowledge and skills with most commonly used Customer Engagement platforms (MS Office, Salesforce, Jira, Sprinklr and so on) is highly desirable
Key Criteria:
Excellent written and spoken English language is essential
Keen interest in the automotive industry and likes to keep updated on the new market trends
Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and develop productive relationships with the Client
Exceptional soft skills and desire to own and see customers issues through in a timely and thorough manner
Ability to highlight emerging issues, track trends and provide feedback accordingly
Ability to go beyond the task at hand to ensure excellent results
Ability to identify bottlenecks and pain points and suggest process improvement to deliver excellent customer experience
