STUDIO IRELAND is the strategic content agency who work across both News Ireland andurbanmedia. We create campaigns for clients and media agencies that engage and connect with our audiences. From brief to post campaign analysis, we deliver key brand messages by telling stories that entertain, excite and inspire, delivered across our platforms.
Your Role: The Creative Project Manager will be responsible for driving the successful execution and delivery of cross-platform campaigns. Our team is truly multidisciplined with expertise across print, video, radio, digital, events and social. We pride ourselves on our high level of client service and proactive approach, whilst upholding editorial values and creative integrity of the award-winning work we produce.
The Creative Project Manager will work on multiple campaigns and partnerships to plan, document, budget, communicate and troubleshoot at all levels and liaise with clients at every step of the project cycle. Withmultiple campaign deliverables and an influx of briefs for scoping, theCreativeProject Manager is responsible for ensuring vital information flows through to team and stakeholders. They are responsible for deliverables and timelines.
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about optimising operational tools and systems, has experience developing technical roadmaps, can drive large and complex media-related projects, and can lead discussions with cross-functional teams. Having some experience in the radio industry in Ireland would be an asset.
Day to day you will:
Works closely with Creative and Sales teams in Ireland to deliver the best cross-platform campaigns for clients
Awareness of all relevant News Ireland andurbanmedia(Wireless) brands, their platforms and distribution channels – how they work, what audience they reach, how best to use them
Responsibility for the day-to-day project meetings
Scopes client briefs and provides costs and scheduling feasibility in pitch responses
Define project scope, coordinate requirements, create project schedules, and ensure deadlines are met on multiple projects across all platforms
Manage and update pitch trackers sheets
Update finance documents for pipeline and revenue
Create presentations for quarterly board meetings
Build successful relationships and gain the respect and trust of clients & internal stakeholders
Ensure relationships with all contact points are effectively managed, and any issues are highlighted to the Creative Director
Working with budgets, financial documents (XL & Google Sheets)
