Business Analyst / System Analyst (Functional Analyst)

Job Location: Hybrid - Brighton office (two days a week), remainder (3 days a week) from home (1 additional team day in the office per month)

You’ll be joining a business that is expanding, cares about the community and the environment. Business Analyst / System Analyst (Functional Analyst) Role Value Proposition:

The role of System Analyst (UK) focuses on ensuring the business processes and supporting systems continue to meet UK business and project stakeholder needs. The System Analyst role is to guide the end-users from the discovery, requirements and design phase through the configuration (if applicable) and testing of a new system or functionality. This System Analyst role will provide internal customers with the best possible solutions to utilize the specific systems, roll out new functionality, identify potential process improvements, troubleshoot problems and provide user support.

Required:

  • BA/BS in Comp Science/IS (or equivalent)

  • Typical 2+ years of relevant experience (total), in roles such as Technical Business Analyst, Business systems analyst etc.

  • Knowledge of the software delivery lifecycle and project delivery using Agile or Waterfall.

  • Excellent communicator, able to articulate to both native and non native English speaking professionals
