Opportunity: Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) is dedicated to ensuring customer success by providing a wide range of services and solutions to accelerate the customer journey. We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our SaaS & Apps delivery team as a SaaS & Apps AI Enablement Solution Architect. In this role, you will enable and optimize embedded AI features in Fusion SaaS for customers, as well as design, develop, and deliver custom AI solutions to drive business value for customers, including Oracle as a customer. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions meet client needs and align with strategic goals. Your expertise will be crucial in translating business requirements into technical solutions, driving business value from AI technologies, and optimizing application performance.

Key Responsibilities: As the SaaS & Apps AI Enablement Solution Architect, you will be responsible for:

  • Enable and optimize embedded AI features in the Fusion SaaS applications.

  • Configure and deploy AI solutions such as agents, retrieval augmented generation, natural language to SQL, optical scanning, and Oracle Machine Learning to enhance and extend Fusion, EBS, PeopleSoft and other Oracle applications.

  • Design, develop, and deliver custom AI solutions based on Oracle’s AI toolset, including OCI, Oracle Machine Learning, and Oracle Vector DB 23ai.

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, data scientists, and implementation partners to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions.

  • Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies for new AI initiatives and integrations.

  • Ensure best practices in software development, security, and performance optimization.

  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI advancements to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields.

  • 8+ years of hands-on technical experience developing AI and machine learning solutions in applications development, IT, Operations or DevOps.

  • Strong skills with SQL, PL/SQL and Oracle Database required.

  • Experience developing on Oracle Fusion, E Business Suite and/or PeopleSoft applications preferred.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. Define specifications for significant new projects and specify, design and develop software according to those specifications. You will perform professional software development tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems.
