Oracle Senior Technical Account Manager/ Delivery Project Manager in France

Job Description

We’re looking for a Principal Technical Account Manager/Delivery Project Manager to develop client relationships, drive customer success, and grow our support revenue.

What you will do

Lead the delivery of Customer Success Services across Oracle products, both on premise and in the cloud. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop an account strategy, and set out how CSS can help them meet their goals.

  • Grow customer relationships and understand the customer organization structure and key stakeholders, key projects and goals, and critical success factors as well as technical infrastructure and roadmap.

  • Establish and maintain a delivery governance model with the customer at the most senior management and senior executive levels.

  • Develop a service delivery plan that maps customer needs to CSS appropriate solutions

  • Coordinate delivery of Oracle Services, operating as the primary delivery contact to the customer, aiding and facilitating customer communications and activities across other Oracle lines of business.

  • Lead project delivery, issue management, and change control

  • Monitor and improve results, revenue, margin

  • Be a customer advocate, communicating the client position while managing expectations

  • Act as a point of contact for any major incidents, responsible for managing communication and customer expectations through resolution.

  • Recognize and develop business opportunities for the sales team to pursue

  • Understand your customers’ industry, business, technical needs, and project objectives

Your skills and competencies

  • Background in Professional Services, Account Management, Project Management, Enterprise IT Management, Customer Support, Enterprise software deployments

  • Strong relationship building skills, communicating openly and effectively to influence.

  • Conflict management skills, time management and self-management ability

  • Strong interpersonal skills, Extensive customer "face-to-face" experience at middle and executive levels

  • Monitor and report revenue forecast and margin estimates, revenue and margin achievements for each contract

  • Excellent French, Good English language skills are mandatory, good knowledge of PMP, Prince, ITIL will be an advantage.
