We are looking for a Director of Marketing and Public Relations who will be responsible for the development and supervision of all marketing and communications strategies of Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi Bay Resort & Spa.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Overseeing the development of goals, strategies, and implementation plans to execute comprehensive marketing campaigns.

• Evaluating the success of various communication strategies and implementing recommendations for improvement.

• Strategizing, assigning tasks, overviewing progress of projects, and achieving deadlines across all marketing and PR activities including digital.

• Developing and promoting branding initiatives consistent with corporate business goals and objectives.

• Working closely with third party partners as contracted and drive effective partnership

What We need from you:

• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field 

• Two to four years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales and marketing setting with direct supervisory experience over a sales team, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

• Demonstrated proficiency in internet marketing techniques, technologies, and solutions.

• Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
