Oracle Security and Privacy Compliance Principal in Spain

Job Description

This position will require coordinating, communicating, and working effectively with engineering and development teams, product managers, legal departments and other security teams to detect gaps, design remediations and oversee its resolution.

In this role you will work with various legal teams, to present different use-cases and obtain their feedback in effective and understandable way. You will be required to provide input in a clear and sound way as we need to speak with people with different backgrounds. Legal knowledge associated with the mentioned scope (privacy and security) is preferred, but a legal degree is not required. It is expected to participate in contract reviews, involving different stakeholders, to provide security and privacy context. Contract reviews can be related to subprocessors, mergers and acquisitions, partners and other 3 rd parties.

Another emerging area is AI/ML project, and you will support the expansion and quality of processes and reviews according to the business needs and latest regulatory updates.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• perform security and privacy compliance assessments

• manage security and privacy compliance projects

• design remediation with process owners

• participate in AI/ML model reviews

• assist in building compliance programs

• be consulted on business process re-engineering

• participate in contract reviews providing privacy and security compliance inputs

• review the work of senior and junior analyst’s work

Qualifications:

The position prefers experience in IT compliance, audit, software development lifecycle (SDLC) & Security standard methodologies in a SaaS/Cloud environment.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree, in IT or legal area

• At least 8 years of combined working experience in IT, Security, Risk or Privacy Compliance or related field is required for this position.

• Requires at least one certification: CISA, CRISC, CISM, CISSP, CIPM, CIPP, CIPT or related.

• Hands on working knowledge and experience of either ISO 27K, privacy, security compliance, privacy by design, data governance.

• Experience with PCI DSS, HIPAA, Data Privacy, AI/ML, GDPR and related security policies, processes, and regulations an advantage.

• Experience and working with other teams such as legal, product development, engineering, product security.

• Solid understanding of ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, PeopleSoft FDM and Oracle eBusiness) security and privacy standards and implementation is helpful

• Exposure to cloud environment an advantage.
