Job Description Summary

We are looking for an Admin and Support who will responsible for maintaining and making available as necessary complete and current documents and related information throughout the project cycle. In this role, Admin and Support will report to the Senior Operational Leadership Manager.

In line with the Egyptian labor law requirements, preference will be given to candidates who hold a People with Disabilities Government Card.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support to the Senior Operational Leadership Manager to ensure efficient operation of the office and plant.

  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings, takes minutes at meetings, assists employees, and supports visitors with questions or requests.

  • Carries out administrative duties such as emailing, filing, mailing, scanning, reporting etc.

  • Makes travel arrangements for employees such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.

  • Supports leadership by performing tasks related to organization and achieving a strong communication program.

  • Organizes company events and incentive programs to help engage employees.

  • Maintains front office area and meeting rooms.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent education

  • 3 years of administrative assistant experience

  • Proficiency in English and Arabic are must

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel and Power Point) & Microsoft Teams
