Definity First Tech Lead in Colombia
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead in Software Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various technologies and technical skills, as well as experience in team leadership and agile methodologies. This is a remote position open to candidates from any part of LATAM.
Requirements
4-6 years of experience in software development.
Proven experience in technical team leadership.
Experience working with agile methodologies.
Design and architectural patterns
Proficiency in advanced English
AWS Cloud
.NET Core
Angular
TypeScript and JavaScript
Kubernetes and Docker
Node.js
Relational databases (SQL Server)
REST API
Desirable
Experience in software quality supervision and system modifications.
Ability to guide and support team members in troubleshooting.
Skill in analyzing and reviewing current systems, identifying risks and redundancies.
Experience in reviewing and approving technical solutions.
Main Activities
Provide technical leadership to the development team, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the code produced.
Design, develop, and maintain applications and systems using the mentioned technologies and patterns.
Supervise and approve technical solutions implemented by the team.
Guide the team in troubleshooting technical issues and provide support in problem resolution.
Conduct analysis and reviews of current systems to identify risks, redundancies, and improvement opportunities.
Participate in defining and improving the agile methodologies implemented in projects.
Education
Computer Science/Information Technology Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
