Ford Motor Company Lincoln Fleet Sales Manager in China
Lead Lincoln fleet sales execution and meet sales target.
Develop key accounts by leveraging dealers’ and OEM’s resources, and personal own network.
Manage dealers to develop fleet customers; cooperate with Lincoln skill teams such as sales zone, used car and regional marketing to explore fleet sales opportunities.
Negotiation with fleet customers to get the deal done.

Bachelor’s degree, minimal 8-year working experience and 5-year experiences in B2B sales or business development.
Preferred previous experiences: fleet sales in premium brand of automobile industry, business development / key account sales in luxury consumer products; front-line experiences dealing with corporate, government and organization.
Entrepreneurial mindset, a self-starter who can develop a network of contacts inside and outside the company, take actions despite ambiguity and uncertainty, and persist on the target despite failures.
Master skills of communication, sales, and business negotiation to develop and manage key accounts.
Strong capability to do market and corporate research
Ability to do detail paperwork.
Good understanding of automobile industry.
Fluent in English is a plus.
