Ford Motor Company Import Sales Planning & OTD Sr.Specialist in China

  • Sales Planning
  1. BU related segment forecast to support IC (Industry Consensus) review with Central team

  2. Develop sales program (retail, wholesale, stock & production) and support review with Central team

  3. SPCPS system operation and communication with Central Sale Team

  4. Support on PCM meeting

  5. Support on FCO BU budget development

  • Sales analysis and reporting
  1. Structure and develop FCO BU sales database (segment, brand, model, etc.)

  2. Structure and develop FCO BU sales database (retail, wholesale, production, stock, etc.)

  3. Aged stock report

  4. Segment and share report

  5. Regional and national level sales performance tracking and analysis

  6. Comparative analysis on allocation vs. free demand for all models.

  7. Monthly Transaction Price Report (including key competitors)

  8. Ad-hoc reports to support management request

  • OTD Management

  • Act as key window between FMCL and other Ford global production source for Ford Brand BU projects

  • Manage BU product purchasing contract with FTC.

  • Manage vehicle ordering of all Ford Brand BU products

  • Manage BU products production schedule

  • Lead and communicate monthly vehicle allocation to dealers

  • Track sales mix (trim and color) and collect market feedback on customer preference.

  • Manage broker payment and payment to FTC.

  • Work closely with broker to monitor vehicle wholesale to dealers, inland transportation status.

  • Provide support to Logistics and Purchasing team for yearly port service and inland transportation negotiation

  • Bachelor's's degree or above.

  • 6 years or above related experience.

  • Strong analytical skills, strong in data processing

  • Sales analysis or planning related in auto industry

  • Database management experience preferred

  • Proactive, Willing to take responsibility, Good team player.

  • Excellent written, spoken and listening English. Familiar with office tools: Excel, Word and Power point.
