Job Summary:

This position is within the CTD/China Comparator Sourcing of Thermo Fisher Scientific. Customer Service Specialist provides administrative and valued support to Comparator Project Managers for Comparator WIN PACK. Support activities include task completion and issue resolution within internal procedures and support systems

Job Description

• Provides administrative and valued support to Comparator Project Managers for Comparator WIN PACK, tasks including but not limited to

-prepare client authorized letter

-coordinate invoice for client prepayment

-build material component in internal systems

-Filling in component list or drug on-boarding form

-Dimension report

-Solving issue from Comparator Project Manager or other partners within internal procedures and support systems

•Arrange for outbound shipment to destination per request

•Timely provision of receiving reports and drug information to Comparator Project Managers and other internal partner if applicable.

• Work with Logistic on Drug import and export cases

• Support other activities and tasks of Comparator Sourcing

Education:

Advanced education min. bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the related field

Experience:

3-5 Years Minimum Experience, preferably at wholesaler or in the supply chain management in pharmaceutical/ medical device company or industry

•Requires excellent organizational, planning, verbal, written and numerical skills with the ability to analyze and define solutions and manage multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines

•Proactively anticipates, understands, and responds to the needs of internal stakeholders to meet or exceed their expectations

• Anti-pressure and enjoys working with diverse team

•Requires ability to learn and master all internal systems associated with projects (i.e., Salesforce, Trackwise….)

•Requires proficiency in personal computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

•Fluent in Chinese and English, other languages a plus.
