Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., a world-class leader in scientific research, is seeking an exceptionally motivated and proven individual to join our team as an Account Manager, Scientific Research within Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry division (CMD). In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in the dynamic field of sales and contribute to our mission of enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer, especially with CMD product portfolios such as Orbitrap HRMS, IC, LC, LC-QQQ, GC, GC-QQQ, DFS, AA, ICP, ICP-MS and Sample Prep device.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients within the Academic scientific research vertical industry and key governmental department.

  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and successfully implementing sales strategies in South of China.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and provide outstanding and distinguish solutions with product portfolio.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or surpass targets.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to ensure a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a scientific or related field such as analytical chemistry, biological chemistry, environmental and food science.

  • Minimum 5 years solid industry experience which combining diversified experience includes but not limited to sales, channel management, etc. Familiar with Analysis market, key industry companies preferred.

  • Proven track record of sales success, preferably in the scientific research industry

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
