We are looking for a Technology and Implementation Specialist who would be responsible for completing any assigned actions associated with the implementation of new clients into Graebel’s technologies and programs. Supports the sales team with technical demonstrations and presentations focusing on Graebel practices and culture. Ensures all administrative tasks and pre-Go Live technical configurations are completed on time and communicated to stakeholders.
Principal / Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Client Technology focus areas:
Application subject matter expert for sales and marketing efforts. Participates in best and final presentations including conducting product demonstrations. Sets proper expectations of application capabilities and provides a positive interaction with our prospects, clients and internal departments.
Documents the acquired results of analysis and workflows as well as obtaining sign-off from the appropriate client.
Coordinates and administers IT tickets for client implementations including: gathering documentation for each ticket; working with IT team to action request; UAT; maintenance of technical playbook; document processes and deploy feature including training and monitoring to ensure a smooth transition to the business teams.
Resolves unique client technology needs and implements appropriate solutions through creative thinking while focusing on the Client’s level of expertise in the mobility space.
Implementation focus areas:
- Provides leadership and guidance with special projects, conferences and assignments as requested by
supervisor ensuring projects are well documented to show sources of information.
Assists Implementation lead with process mapping, completion of internal forms / processes as assigned, and collaborates with team members across all three regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC) as needed
Communicates with professionalism and executes with precision to ensure that the client and the business unit are supported throughout the implementation. Possesses knowledge across business lines and demonstrates an understanding the implication of each step in the process
Performs other related essential duties as assigned or requested.
Required Skills

Multi-task across numerous projects and provide support between different user groups.
Solution for multiple and complex projects with on-time deliverables.
Required Experience
Education
Associate’s degree in Information Systems/Technology required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years of relevant project management experience in lieu of formal education acceptable.
Knowledge/Experience
2+ years relevant mobility industry experience preferred
Working knowledge of IT systems administration
Licenses/Certifications/Specialized Training
GMS / CRP preferred
Formal AssignmentPro™ training desired
As a testament to our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, our salary bands are transparent both internally and as a part of our external recruitment process. The targets for this role are dependent on market/ geographic location and range from $70,000 to $85,000 CAD .
