Senior Oracle IT Analyst, Manufacturing:
Respond to user issues in a timely manner to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Drive meetings to gather requirements for Oracle Manufacturing application enhancements.
Responsible for designing, configuring, testing, implementing, and maintaining Oracle Manufacturing application modules.
Conduct end-user training as required for Oracle Enhancements.
Collaborate with other IT functional teams to develop processes for internal customers.
Conduct support for solutions deployed .
Required Education, Experience & Skills:
7+ experience on Oracle E-business Suite – specifically in core manufacturing modules
Strong expertise on Manufacturing /Planning modules ( Inventory, PDH/PIM, ENG, BOM, WIP, Costing, Quality, MRP/ASCP Planning, Inventory planning)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Equivalent, or a combination of education and experience
Experience in Oracle Manufacturing/Planning end-to-end implementations/Support and modules (Inventory, PDH/PIM, BOM, ENG, WIP, Costing, Quality, MRP/ASCP Planning, Inventory planning)
PL/SQL experience within Oracle EBS Suite
Knowledge of 3rd party integrations with Oracle
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills and strong communication skills
Work with Oracle Technical support on SR resolution
Experience documenting incidents, resolve, or escalate tickets accordingly
Ability to collaborate with IT and Business to derive the requirements and spec out a solution
Ability and experience to develop training material and application documentation, as required
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time with possible international travel.
Preferred Education, Experience & Skills:
- Knowledge of Oracle Distribution (PO and OM) and WMS modules
