Job Description
We are looking for a professional with strong analytical profile, automation oriented, that can bring innovative solutions to our Data Quality & Planning team, developing models that help Planning process. Our planning is one of our main procesess, and it is key for a succesful implementation of the Strategy. In this role, you will be working with different teams, providing them with accurate data so they can better develop their Strategy.

The successful candidate is a self-motivated person that loves working with many diverse people, both from hard and soft skills perspectives, building strong networking and very oriented to results..
Qualifications for this position are:
Good understanding of Technology Industry
Strong knowledge in Excel, DV & Data Management - MySQL preferred
Fluent English and Spanish
BS in Adm/Economics or Marketing
Experience in Sales Operations/ Business Strategy / Business Intelligence
Works well independently but also within different Squads
Effective communication skills and very strong problem resolution skills

Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills

Ensure procesess are being followed and re-designed when needed.
Partner within Biz Ops, Territories and CORP, to design the best practices in total alignment
Continuous learning on our industry and competence
Coordination of governance models
Engagement of our partners to work together
Set short, medium and long term plans: prioritize based on: user experience, business objectives, pain points, divisional feedback and metrics
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
This position requires strong interaction with other areas in the company, sharing our knowledge and capacity to see the information in different ways is the most powerful tool we can have, and to do this, we must show the way to all our stakeholders, engaging them, making them enthusiastic with our/theirs ideas and projects
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
