Senior QAQC Engineer

Job Opening: PMC- Senior QAQC Engineer – FEED

KBR Abu Dhabi currently looking to fill a position of Senior QAQC Engineer for a PMC Offshore project to be based in Abu Dhabi Client Proposed office for FEED phase.

• Candidate must have comprehensive practical knowledge and experience in Quality assurance aspects as applied in Oil and Gas Projects including.

• Demonstrated experience in development, implementation monitoring of Project Quality Management Systems

• Support the Project Quality Management Review

• Support monitoring of project quality KPIs and reporting of project quality performance

• Experienced in participating in quality incident & failure investigations (RCAs)

• Collation of lessons learned/quality alerts and dissemination into the quality networks and project communities.

• Development and management of mitigation actions required for Lessons learned and flaws.

• Development and implementation of audit and review program (this includes vendor, construction / module fabricator assessments) including execution and monitoring the close out of audit findings.

• Conduct quality audits/assessments, Quality Management (QM) oversight, and Supplier Quality Surveillance (SQS) and EPC Quality Audits including evaluating the effectiveness of the system implementation.

• A CQI/IRCA certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead auditor is must.
