What you’ll do:

  • Working closely with Panel builders for technical support on day-to-day basis, for Low voltage switchgear , busway etc.

  • Supporting panel builders for technical submittal preparation.

  • Supporting panel builders to clarify their technical queries.

  • Preparing technical clarification letter

  • Attending FAT / SAT at panel builder facility / project site

  • Attending site meeting with panel builders to clarify technical queries, for securing project approval

  • Supporting panel builders for preparation of short circuit fault level study, selectivity study, voltage drop calculation, harmonic study by manual calculation and software.

  • Supporting panel builders for optimization of design during pre-order & post-order stage.

  • Conducting technical auditing at panel builder facility

  • Updating panel builders engineers on product update & design tool update, on regular basis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree of Electrical Engineering

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with low voltage switchgear, control gear, busway, motor starter, Active harmonic filter with MNC, panel building company.

  • Basic knowledge on MV switchgear and transformer products.

Skills:

  • Familiar with IEC 61439, IEC 60947, IEC 61641 series and various international standards

  • Familiar with product presentation and conduct technical training for panel builders

  • Familiar with various UAE utilities regulations & attend site inspection during utility inspector visit

  • Familiar with various make switchgear and control gear products and switchboard systems

  • Experience in writing project specification compliance

  • Familiar with Sales force, Autocad, product and switchboard design software tools

  • Should travel within UAE on day to day basis

  • Fluent in English & Arabic
