NDT Inspection Specialist – ADNOC Offshore

Job Description

KBR is looking for talented individuals to join our PMC team to work on an exciting project as an NDT Inspection Specialist with Onshore or Offshore experience to be based in Abu Dhabi.

Experience required:

The NDT/Inspection Specialist must have comprehensive knowledge and experience in NDT and inspection engineering principles in oil and gas industry Projects including:

• Demonstrated Experience in supporting resolution of NDT issues, provide technical assistance and implement improvement action as required.

• Experienced in review and approval of NDT procedures including advanced NDT methods.

• Evaluate NDT and Inspection related lessons learned and ensure a process of continuous improvements is implemented.

• Ability to develop new Inspection and NDT Technology aligned with Project Quality Department initiatives.

• Fully conversant with industry best practice technical information related to inspection and NDT.

• NDT certified Level III in at least in UT/RT methods including specialization in Advanced NDT such as PAUT/TOFD/Digital RT.

• Working knowledge of international codes and standards applicable to inspection such as (API, ASME, AWS, EN etc.).

• Good knowledge of material engineering properties and specifications, and manufacturing process.

• Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine learning for inspection and NDT technologies.

• Minimum Overall 16+ years of oil & gas experience.

• Experience in Onshore or Offshore PMC/EPC Projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is a MUST.

• NDT Level 3 is mandatory
