KBR is looking for Lead Instrument & Control Engineer for a PMC project to be based in– Abu Dhabi UAE

Main Responsibilities

I&C:

• Should have worked as PMC Lead Engineer and handled team of 68 people for ADNOC projects

• Previous experience in ADNOC projects or ADNOC PMC experience is must.

• Knowledge of ADNOC Specifications (AGES, DGS) is preferred.

• Able to Manage ICSS Contractor, experience in Interface management, engineering co-ordinating the Project and Technical teams and End Users. Meeting COMPANY’s expectations to provide timely inputs for Control system design, package Unit controls, field instrumentation. Shall be Proficient in resource planning.

• Shall be experienced in co-ordinating and participation of HSE review such as SIL reviews and 3D F&G Mapping studies. Shall be aware of ADNOC HSE Standards. Shall be experienced in evaluating various I&C and equipment packages as part of Technical Bid Evaluations.

• Shall be able to resolve Technical Queries raised by Engineer, 3rd party Consultants and Bidders for Packages. Shall be able to co-ordinate and oversee engineering of Process Licensors and OEMs for Package units. Shall be able to resolve technical issues raised by End Users w.r.t Project Scope. Co-ordinate with End Users for SOW modifications of existing facilities. Shall be conversant with SIL related engineering and Custody Transfer metering systems.

Automation inputs:

• Proposed I&C lead to possess the following experience:

• Previous experience in ADNOC projects or ADNOC PMC experience

• Minimum 15 years of experience in similar skill

• Complete knowledge of Process Automation systems including ICSS/DCS, Alarm Management System, CPIMS, APC, related system design, detailed engineering and developing system architectures etc.

• Good Knowledge of OT Cyber Security implementation in OT / Industrial environment

• In-depth Knowledge of System Virtualization.

• Providing evidence of leading similar roles in previous projects

• Proposed Telecom lead shall be separate from I&C lead and shall possess following experience:

• Previous experience in ADNOC projects or ADNOC PMC experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in similar skill

• Complete knowledge of all telecom systems including Fiber Optics, CCTV, PA, ACS, Telephones, Structure Cabling, Transmission networks including developing system design, detailed engineering, conducting coverage studies and system architectures etc.

• Good Knowledge of network Security implementation in telecom systems

Providing evidences of leading similar roles in previous projects

Experience OR Qualifications

• Minimum Overall 18+ years of oil & gas experience.

• Must have at least 5 to 8 Years experience working in SRU and Gas Processing projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is a MUST.

• FEED experience is a must.

• PMC experience is an added advantage.

• GCC experience required.
