Title:

Lead, Change Management Engineer

KBR Abu Dhabi is currently looking to fill a position of Lead Change Management Engineer for a PMC Offshore project to be based in Abu Dhabi Client office. The Client is undergoing a substantial transformation with notable changes in technology, the emergence on Artificial Intelligence and the growing adoption of autonomous operations. The new project requirements remains aligned with the progression in industry standards, pioneering in technology and digital era.

Job Responsibilities:

Establish, Lead and manage change management strategy and roadmap by adopting a certified comprehensive approach

of change management activities modified for the Autonomous Operation Program, facilitating seamless transitions for

employees' daily work involves major shifts in mindset, processes, and technology. Oversee and realize business value, and

establish a strong foundation for identifying the right interventions, taking action and collaborate with cross-functional.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent discipline along with a Master’s in Business Administration, Organization development Having 5- 6 years’ experience within the domain, including experience in Oil & Gas providing organizational development and internal consultation in a complex organization. Excellent knowledge of technical Software applications & workflows Certification in Change Management such as Prosci , ACMP or equivalent. Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools. Excellent leadership and project management skills. Proficient in English.
