Your day to day

• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus that meet the needs and preferences of the target audience.

• Consider factors such as dietary restrictions, seasonal availability, and budgetary constraints.

• Coordinate and manage food and beverage services for various events, including weddings, conferences, banquets, and corporate functions.

• Ensure that all arrangements, such as menu selection, table settings, and bar services, are organized and executed flawlessly.

• Establish and maintain relationships with food and beverage suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

• Conduct regular assessments of vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and cost-effectiveness.

• Coordinate and supervise the work of food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, and support staff.

• Provide training, performance feedback, and guidance to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to organizational standards.

What we need from you

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or similar.

• Excellent Communication skills.

• Excellent organization skills.
