Oversee essential project and divisional duties including:
Driving our Incident and Injury Free (IIF) safety culture
Owning the P & L of one or many complex construction projects
Leading and developing your team
Fostering customer relationships
Facilitating project planning
Driving a project through the entire Aldridge Project Lifecycle
We are pursuing experienced professionals with the following qualifications:
10+ years of relevant work experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent construction/Union trade background
Proficient in estimating, scheduling, budgeting cost, field supervision, financial reporting, and client relationships
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to prioritize and manage time for yourself and other
