Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity in the manufacturing industry based in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The role involves working as a receptionist, providing assistance and clerical support.

Responsibilities: • Answering incoming calls in a prompt and detail oriented manner • Directing calls to the appropriate department or company contact • Greeting visitors and providing them with necessary information • Using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word for email correspondence and data entry • Assisting with administrative tasks for the customer service team when necessary • Maintaining a high level of interpersonal skills to ensure positive interactions with customers and team members • Ensuring the smooth operation of a multi-line phone system Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry

• Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems

• Competence in data entry tasks

• Experience with email correspondence and maintaining detail oriented communication

• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with staff and clients

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word

• High school diploma or equivalent education level

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong customer service orientation

• Fluency in English for effective communication.
