**[General Description: [Under general supervision, plans and directs all aspects of DoD Product and Support Services activities for a particular program. Ensures all Support Services projects initiatives, and process are in conformance with the organizations and programs established policies, and objectives. May direct multiple tasks on a single project or multiple projects within a program or organization. Provides overall technical guidance and personnel management, ensuring the timely and cost-effective accomplishment of contractual requirements. Completes required reports and submissions as required and provides project supervision and will be responsible for meeting project schedule and cost goals.

- Manages Projects from planning through delivery.
- Liaises between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, costs and meeting plans are communicated.
- Utilize appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones and deadlines.
- Plans and facilitates project meetings to align the project team to methods and goals and to track project tasks.
- Prepares agendas, meeting notes and project summaries.
- Monitors task completion status to identify at risk project tasks and to develop mitigation plans
- Plan testing of engineering methods
- Prepare technical reports or related documentation
- Communicates schedule and changes to all stakeholders
- Allocates resources, budgets and hours to the project and adjusts allocations when necessary.
**[Work Experience Requirements: [4-7 years Project Management experience.
**[Educational Requirements (or equivalent): [BS/BA Engineering/Science
