Job Title: Material Handler Lead

Job Description

The Material Handler Lead will play a key leadership role in building 'PODS' or inventory bins at Amazon sites to enhance automation. This role will involve working directly with the PAC Group Leadership team and the Project Management Team to manage material handlers on-site. The position requires overseeing performance, attendance, and KPIs for the program. Candidates must be able to be on their feet for 8 hours a day or more and regularly lift weights of 40lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise material handlers on-site.

• Monitor and track performance, attendance, and KPIs.

• Coordinate with the PAC Group Leadership team and Project Management Team.

• Ensure efficient and effective material handling processes.

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Work Environment

The work environment is at the Amazon ORF4 site located at 1795 Dam Neck Rd., Virginia Beach, VA. The site is currently in the construction phase, featuring a construction work environment with port-a-potties and non-climate controlled conditions.

This is a Contract position based out of Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $29.00
