Responsibilities:

• Supervision: Oversee the maintenance team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

• Maintenance: Perform and supervise routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.

• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.

• Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.

• Training: Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and safety procedures.

• Project Management: Assist with planning and executing maintenance projects and upgrades.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 6 years of experience in machinery maintenance in an industrial setting.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. Basic skills in electricity are required.

• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills, including the ability to read electrical and hydraulic diagrams and PLC ladder logic.

• Leadership: Proven supervisory and management skills.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work on equipment.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.

Work Environment:

• Industrial Setting: Typically involves working in a manufacturing facility.

• Safety Gear: Required to wear protective equipment and follow safety protocols.

• Shift: Full-time position with potential for overtime and on-call duties.
