Overview:

We are seeking a Support Representative to help with duties relating to printers, billing, and warehouse.

The candidate must meet the criteria for a secret clearance and be physically capable of walking, standing, lifting, and climbing ladders. Upon completion of factory-authorized training, the candidate should be able to handle multiple tasks as they arise, providing training, and technical support for personnel trained aboard deployed vessels. This contract involves working with devices on US Navy ships, which may occasionally require the candidate to train personnel, travel, or work in confined and potentially uncomfortable environments.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Extremely organized and attentive to detail

  • Must have mechanical skills & networking skills (setting up printers & scanning

  • Assist with warehouse duties - Supply and Parts ordering, tracking & delivery.

  • Monitor and update the status of service requests.

  • Install Xerox and 3rd party equipment onboard Navy vessels.

  • Assist equipment modifications to Military standards/specifications.

  • Learn to diagnose and repair all scoped equipment.

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs

  • Must be able to bend, climb, and kneel.

  • Provide a support role during the rollout of the technical solutions and equipment installations.

  • Provide service activity, repairs, retrofits, and maintenance activities on Xerox equipment.

  • Ability to travel on short notice if required.

  • Must have or be able to obtain Secret clearance.

Desired Skills:

  • Prior Navy or Military Veterans are desired.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.

  • Ability to successfully interact with Military Officers

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize many initiatives simultaneously.

  • Ability to manage / work in a cross-functional team / environment

  • Ability to grasp technical information of Xerox products.

  • Experience in a field-based service role

  • Skills in the use of diagnostic tools, such as multi-meters

Pre-requisites:

  • Able to work independently

  • Must be able to travel (passport required)

  • Candidates must possess or can obtain a DOD Secret Clearance

  • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, One Drive) required

  • Experience with troubleshooting application & network related issues with equipment
