Description

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the service industry, based in Virginia Beach, Virginia. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be expected to handle a variety of tasks including customer service, data entry and email correspondence, with your primary role being to maintain and organize our customer records. This position will be 4-6 months and hours are Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30PM, on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Entering data into Microsoft Excel accurately

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management

• Perform calculations as necessary for data entry tasks

• Manage email correspondence with customers

• Organize files and keep records up-to-date

• Perform scanning and typing tasks as needed

• Utilize 10 Key Skills for data entry tasks.

Requirements • Must possess excellent 10 Key Skills for efficient data input

• Strong customer service skills needed to interact with clients and team members

• Proven data entry skills to ensure accurate and timely input of information

• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively, responding to inquiries in a timely manner

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word for document creation and editing

• Demonstrated skill in organizing files for easy retrieval and record keeping

• Capable of performing calculations quickly and accurately

• Experience in scanning documents and converting them into digital format

• Fast and accurate typing skills for efficient data input and document creation TalentMatch®
