Rite of Passage Facility Maintenance Supervisor in Virgin, Utah

What you'll do:

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees, supervises and/or performs all necessary facility maintenance including but not limited to: building maintenance, new construction and remodel work; electrical and plumbing installation and repairs, HVAC installation and repairs; flooring, roofing, grounds maintenance, irrigation, vehicle fleet and any other general and/or minor requests.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent. College preferred.

  • At least two years of experience supervising five or more employees.

  • At least four years of experience in the field.

  • Good interpersonal skills including the ability to interview potential employees if required.

  • If required to operate a company vehicle during the course of employment, must meet the requirements to

  • be an eligible ROP driver. Must possess a current State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving

  • record for the past three (3) years.

  • Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical and TB test.
