Primary Responsibilities: * Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain various production equipment within the factory, including CNC machines, saws, and sanders, ensuring proper use and optimal functionality * Production Plan Execution: Complete assigned production tasks according to the daily production schedule, ensuring final products meet the required design specifications and dimensions * Quality Control: Maintain close attention to product quality during production, making necessary adjustments as needed; ensure all products meet company quality standards * Equipment Maintenance: Conduct daily maintenance on equipment, including routine cleaning and status checks; identify and address minor equipment issues, and report major problems promptly * Material Management: Collect and manage production materials as needed, ensuring efficient use of resources to reduce waste and keep an accurate record of material inventory. * Production Records: Accurately record daily production data, including the number of completed products, materials used, and production time, and submit reports to support production planning

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or similar factory operations; familiarity with operating common woodworking machines
• Skill Requirements: Ability to use various measurement tools, such as calipers and angle gauges, to ensure precise product dimensions
• Physical Fitness: Able to work in a factory environment with some physical labor; has good focus and hand-eye coordination
• Communication and Collaboration: Team-oriented with good communication skills to coordinate with other workers and supervisors; capable of working efficiently under pressure
• Safety Awareness: Adhere to factory safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment to prevent accidents

Pay rate is based on experience

8 Hours shift (5-6 days per week) 40-48 hour
