Management Resources is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a contract to hire employment opportunity for our client. This is 100% remote. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will directly support operational teams at an exciting time for the company. You will leverage modeling and analytical skills to design, create and innovate within the Corporate FP& A space. You will also partner with business teams to improve predictability in forecast models.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain operating expense models and recommend actions to improve efficiency

• Understand the linkage between business decisions and financial performance, and explain variances vs. baseline

• Partner with various teams to update forecasts on a set cadence

• Drive forecast meetings with strategic business partners, to minimize variances and drive operational excellence

• Update internal monthly financial reports

• Facilitate monthly meetings to review actual performance vs. budget and forecast

• Partner with the Sales & Marketing team to prepare quarterly variable compensation schedules

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with finance and business partners

• Execute ad hoc tasks as required by FP& A & Finance leadership

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

5+ years’ experience in financial planning and analysis

Experience with forecasting, planning, budgeting, analysis, and building / managing financial models

Delivering accurate and timely financial forecasts and reporting, to help business partners achieve objectives

Consolidating data from functional teams, validating data integrity, summarizing into rolling models, analyzing, and communicating results

Advanced in Excel
