Job Title : Critical Facility Manager (EFOM)
Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services is seeking a Critical Facility Manager in Vienna Virginia. This role will manage Operations and Maintenance (O&M), repair, minor construction and sustainment contract for Tier 3 Data Center program. Serve as interface between the customer and the company. Deliver exceptional site leadership, customer service, positive employee engagement, and compliance with applicable local, state, and federal requirements, while meeting safety and quality performance requirements. This position is covered by the CBA for Local 99.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Oversees the performance of all duties of the CFT Shop, personnel assigned to the shop, and subcontractors performing work for the shop.
Shall be a licensed master electrician or Licensed master HVAC Technician
Ensures work tickets, email requests, and telephone requests for service are received and attended to in a timely
Coordinates closely with the GFM regarding facility issues and requests.
Assigns tasks to shop personnel, sets priorities and monitors timely completion of all work. Evaluate and analyze work
Create, update, and maintain sensitive and/or classified facility information, documents, and records that are located on the Top Secrete SCI network Facilities SharePoint, Secret Classified shared drive and ticket systems, and unclassified
Shall be on-site full time during regular working
May be issued a government smart
Qualifications
Current Top Secret (TS) clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
Shall be a minimum licensed Master Electrician or licensed Master HVAC Technician
Must be technically qualified in the field of Maintenance Management in a Tier 3 Data Center
Must have a minimum, ten (10) years’ experience of a facility of similar scope and size with 3 years in an experienced leadership role
Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Project
Must have working experience with NFPA, EPA, OSHA codes and standards
Shall have extensive experience in the operation of Building Automation Systems of similar size and
Shall have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as excellent organizational
Shall have a high school
Experience using CMMS is preferred.
Strong oral and written communication skills required.
Completion of OSHA 30 preferred.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
