SCRA Specialist
Start Date: ASAP
Job Title: SCRA Specialist
Target Pay : $19.80 (Vienna)
Hybrid: * Onsite requirement- 2 days per week. If candidates don’t meet performance expectations, they will be asked to work onsite Full Time until they are released back to a hybrid scheduled*
Shift: 11am-730pm EST
Peer to Peer Training: 9am-530 EST – Roughly 6 weeks at min 2 week heads up on when training will end
Contract: 6month min - open ended with potential to convert based off billet availability, performance etc.

Skills:
Current or formers highly preferred but not required -Servicing or REL Mortgage
Analytical/Critical Thinking skills is a must
Highly motivated
Ability to review and identifying gaps
Ability to thoroughly understand processes and implement them in an accurate and timely
Day 2 Day:
Up to 2-4 hours shifts on the phones per day: Inbound calls mainly with some outbound calls for additional docs/information needed from members if its missing.
Inbound Calls: Specific to SCRA: They are a back office dept which the calls are filtered from other depts. Call types are mainly status updates for members.
Call Volume: Anywhere from 1-5 calls during on phone shift period
High paced, production based Environment
Administrative Tasks:
Auditing files
selecting the correct letters to be assigned to the correct account
imaging documentation that needs to be assigned to a content manager
