Boehringer Ingelheim PMO Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) in Vienna, Austria
The position
For the Healthcare Affairs & Patient Engagement Team, we are seeking a PMO Administrative Assistant for administration of projects, aimed at supporting patient engagement activities. In this role you will be responsible for the administration of patient-engagement related activities in strong collaboration and alignment with different cross-functional teams.
This position provides for 20-30 hours per week.
Tasks & responsibilities
Administration and coordination of projects and activities, aimed at improving life of patients with chronic diseases, such as digital & patient design tools, patient facing platforms, etc.
Acting within a given project as a contact point for external vendors and agencies
Support in the management of the project budget
Administration and maintenance of internal platforms and tools for customer relationship management and insights collection (EPIC, Patient Hub, etc.)
Coordination of project meetings with all involved stakeholders, including follow-up communication and status updates
Requirements
Completed business education (apprenticeship, HAK, HASCH) or experience in a comparable position (experience in health care, pharma industry, patient advocacy and digital health is an advantage)
Structured and analytical approach as well as project coordination skills and capability
Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, MS Teams, Sharepoint) and proficient handling of IT-systems
Business proficiency in English
Good communication skills, cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work in teams

The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective bargaining agreement for this position is EUR 46.305 (full time), although the actual salary is based on your technical skills and personal competencies as well as your professional experience.
