Responsibilities

Ihre Aufgaben

Marketing & Strategie:

• Mitwirkung in internationalen, cross-funktionalen Teams zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer Marketingprojekte.

• Implementierung und Adaption globaler Marketingstrategien im nationalen Umfeld.

• Enge Abstimmung mit dem internationalen Marketingteam zu regionalen und globalen Marktstrategien.

• Planung und Durchführung von Produktlaunches im Bereich Kardiovaskuläre Medizin, inklusive:

• Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen

• Absatzplanung und Forecasting

• Erstellung von Launch- und Promotionsmaterialien

Sales & Business Support:

• Unterstützung des Sales & Marketing Managers bei Budgetplanung und strategischen Entscheidungen.

• Analyse von Umsatz- und Markttrends zur Ableitung von Optimierungspotenzialen.

• Erstellung von Kommunikations- und Printmaterialien zur Kundenansprache und Markenpräsentation.

• Vorbereitung von Kundenpräsentationen und Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei Schulungsveranstaltungen.

• Entwicklung von Angebotsstrategien in Zusammenarbeit mit Bids & Tenders (inkl. Profitabilitätsanalysen und Preis-Volumen-Kalkulationen).

• Direkte Verkaufsverantwortung für 1-2 Kunden im Raum Wien zur praxisnahen Marktvalidierung.

Event- & Kongressmanagement:

• Organisation und Durchführung von Messen, Kongressen und Events , einschließlich Standgestaltung und Marketingfokus.

• Zusammenarbeit mit Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) zur Förderung marketingrelevanter Aktivitäten.

• Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung nationaler Professional Education (ProfEd) Programme , inklusive:

• Organisation und Durchführung von Workshops & Schulungen

• Abstimmung der Workshop-Schwerpunkte mit dem Vertriebsteam

• Koordination mit Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)

Digital & Social Media Marketing:

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung nationaler Social-Media-Strategien in Zusammenarbeit mit dem internationalen Marketingteam.

• Erstellung relevanter Inhalte zur Online-Präsenz und Markenstärkung.

Qualifications

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Gesundheitsökonomie, Naturwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Marketing oder Produktmanagement , idealerweise im Bereich Medizintechnik oder Pharma.

• Erfahrung in Produktlaunches und strategischer Markteinführung von Medizinprodukten von Vorteil.

• Fundierte Kenntnisse des kardiovaskulären Marktes und seiner Wettbewerbslandschaft.

• Analytische Fähigkeiten zur Ableitung strategischer Maßnahmen aus Markt- und Verkaufsanalysen .

• Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams und cross-funktionalen Arbeitsgruppen.

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Erfahrung im Kongress- und Eventmanagement (z. B. Messeplanung, Fortbildungsveranstaltungen).

• Hohe Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten zur Interaktion mit internen Teams, Kunden, KOLs und Fachärzten.

• Kreativität & strategisches Denken , um innovative Marketingkonzepte zu entwickeln.

• Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit.

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

• Reisebereitschaft für Kongresse, Kundenbesuche und internationale Meetings.
