In this newly created role as Managemen Assistant - Commercial EMEA Wound Care (m/f/x) you will support the Vice-President Wound Care EMEA and the Wound Care Commercial Leadership Team EMEA. With your ability to think ahead, to keep an overview of all requirements and your organizational skills you are well equipped to give proactive support.

Location: Remote within Europe (UK/CET time zone), preferably within proximity to one of our local offices for occasional visits.

What you’ll do

  • Independent management of the Leadership team’s scheduling: coordination, scheduling, and monitoring of all routine appointments as well as meetings with internal and external stakeholders globally

  • Provide extensive and complex diary management, ensuring balance between workflow and meetings

  • Take the lead, further develop and implement the EMEA communication program to the team

  • Manage and follow-up on actions assigned to Leadership Team members, monitoring deadlines and deliverables; provide administrative support

  • Compiling of information and drafting of presentations, reports and documentation as needed

  • Support on assigned projects

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel and support with expense reports

  • Work cross-functionally with multiple international functions and act as a critical communication liaison

  • Independent optimization of administrative processes, in particular taking into account digitization potential and "New Ways of Working"

    What you’ll need

  • Substantial experience of working as management assistant for multiple stakeholders

  • Experience from working in a complex global matrix environment and with various international stakeholders and functions

  • Customer service attitude and excellent organizational skills

  • Sense of urgency, resilience, and flexibility in a fast-changing environment

  • Time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and flexible to adapt meetings and coordinate tasks to international time zones

  • Project Management qualification would be preferable

  • Well versed in MS Office Suite and other (new) communication and management tools

  • Ability to be resourceful and pro-active when issues arise

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Good collaboration and team player

  • English proficiency is a must-have
