Your tasks

• Responsibility for the smooth run of the reception and an optimal telephone service

• Welcome and care of guests

• Review of reservations, arrival check and preparation of guest lists

• Posting of settlements

• Management of the cash register including the preparation of daily statements

• Representation of the Night Manager

Qualifications:

Your background

• Knowledge of the upscale hotel industry

• Experience in an equivalent position in the luxury hotel industry

• Organizational talent and very good IT skills

• Outstanding commitment, willingness to provide service and great interest in a team-oriented way of working

• Very good German and English skills, other foreign language skills are an advantage

• Experience with OPERA is an advantage
