We are hiring Regular Full-Time Road Assist Fleet Technicians in Victoria, BC!

What you’ll do:
Respond to Member requests for roadside assistance, including mechanical repairs, battery boosts, tire changes, lockout services, and towing
Conduct detailed diagnostic assessments to identify vehicle issues and resolve appropriate solutions.
Perform automotive repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion
Assist in all weather conditions, ensuring a positive Member experience throughout the assistance process
Promote BCAA memberships and general information about affiliate products and services.
Report any issues and take the initiative to resolve them, seeking support as needed.
Uphold BCAA service and safety standards by ensuring BCAA vehicles, equipment, and tools are kept clean, orderly, and in good working condition.
Work rotational 24/7 shift work (including weekdays, evenings, weekends & statutory holidays).
What you’ve done:
Completed your high school diploma, preferably with your Red Seal Certification;
You have at least 5 years of hands-on automotive repair and diagnostics,
You’re a good driver with a clean BC Driver License Class 5. You’re confident navigating our cities and towns while driving any size vehicle - including 5-ton trucks, tow trucks, and pickup trucks.
Capable of lifting at least 70lbs during Member service while prioritizing safety throughout the process.

The hourly range for this position is $66,515.04 to $83,143.80 and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 5%, with the opportunity to earn up to 9%.
