What you will do:
As an Associate Sales Representative, you will assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker's products to meet our customers’ needs. You confidently conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products. Systematically tracking your territory progress, you proactively communicate your wins with your Sales Representatives and push yourself to exceed each goal. When onsite with clients, you use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses, and other staff as to the proper use and maintenance of our products. Proactively collaborates with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation

Assists Sales Representatives in the promotion and sale of Stryker products
Educates and informs doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of Stryker products
Directs product evaluations in operating rooms and office settings
May assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings
Keeps Sales Representative, Regional Sales Manager, and Director of Sales informed of territory progress on a regular basis
Solves product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion
Manages and maintains a sample inventory of products
Has authority to recommend and initiate preventative and correction action with regard to product non-conformances and quality system activities
What you need
Required:
University Degree
1+ years in an outside sales position
Preferred:
Degree in business with an emphasis in marketing OR a degree in a health-related discipline, science, or kinesiology
1+ years of experience in Medical Device Sales
Additional Information:
Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations
Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered
Must have a valid driver’s license
