Job Responsibilities:
- Confirm areas of tool steel that will required EDM burning.
- Provide workable electrode designs.
- Create CNC programs for electrodes you designed.
- Ensure that electrodes are cut in a timely manner.
- Be able to provide shop floor with detailed burn sheets.
- Must be able to collaborate with edm operator and tool makers.
Be able to perform work in quoted hours.
Job Qualifications:
- Proficient in 3D CAD software's, Cimatron or Visi preferred.
- Minium 5-7 years' experience programming CNC mills.
- Experienced in working with EDM sinkers and electrode designing.
